Returns & Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed and payment taken then unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers should view all the photos and carefully read the description of the item, including sizes and measurements, before purchasing.

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty then customers must contact Amber Boutique within 48 hours of receiving the item. Under no circumstances should an item be returned without contacting us before. Do not send any return items to the shop address, all returns should be sent to another address which will be provided if your return is approved.

Please note due to their delicate nature, our manufacturers/suppliers don't provide any guarantees on embellishments such as sequins, beads, diamantes and tassels. As such loose or missing embellishments are not considered as a fault - please consider this before ordering.

You the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us. You will also initially be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, as we don't provide return labels.

Once the return is processed you will be offered an exchange or a credit note (minus original shipping costs). Due to card processing charges incurred we cannot offer a refund back on to your original method of payment, you will offered a credit note as voucher code instead.

Returns

For all returns initiated within 2 days of delivery we will offer an exchange or a credit note only - no refunds can be issued. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of delivery both ways for any exchange, we don't provide return labels.
